The Med Spa

About Us

The Med Spa is a facial spa and medical spa in Wimberley, Texas, open since 2015 and working under the direction of our Medical Director, Dr. Teresa Irwin. We offer facials and HydraFacial, chemical peels including VI Peel, dermaplaning, microneedling and Secret RF, laser hair removal, IPL and Laser Genesis, Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers, massage including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and Thai, waxing, and lash and brow services. Monthly memberships give you one treatment a month at a members-only rate, and new clients can start with a free in-person consultation. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Saturdays and evenings by appointment.

She also gives me great recommendations for products when I ask what can help my skin in between facials. Everyone at the Med Spa is great and very professional. I have never felt pressured to purchase any treatment or product I did not want or ask about first. Compared to Austin Med Spas, their prices are very reasonable and lower. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Med Spa!
